White Sands, New Mexico. These satin waves of Gypsum are pure white! The fact that they are completely without color means that the colors of the light of the visible spectrum are reflected off the the Gypsum (sand). This image was taken just as the sun was lowering toward the horizon. Set of five note cards with envelopes. (4.25x6)
